We ship across India and Internationally .

Packages will be shipped in 48 working hours. we are closed on Sundays and will reach you in next 9-15 days post shipping

We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.
The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package. But rest assured, you will be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD orders will result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders
In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline
In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfil the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same
We are bound in coverage by their reach even though we use some of World’s largest logistics companies for shipping. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.
For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner

RETURN POLICY

Root Ninety One return and exchange policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Root Ninety One for specified reasons as per the return policy within the specified return period. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds.
The turnaround time for the processing of returns would be 10 business days from the date of request.

RETURN POLICY

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

Beauty :- Skin Care, Haircare, etc
All Beauty Products are covered under the no return policy/ no exchange policy, unless the goods received to the customer is received in the damaged condition and the same has been updated by the customer to the Root Ninety One Team in 24 hours of receipt of such faulty goods along with the pictures

Soft Furnishings – Bed Sheets, Cushion covers and throws
You can return or replace the product within 5 days after the date of delivery as per the return pick up policy in any of the below-mentioned conditions
The product or its quality doesn’t match your expectations.
The Product has a genuine quality defect or damages like manufacturing defects, damages done during transit, etc
Root Ninety One will issue a refund for the cost of the goods as per the claiming refund policy mentioned below.
The product can’t be returned after it has been washed or used.
Please Note customers only get one free replacement if the product delivered is not damaged. In case the customer wants to replace again because they did not like the products shipping charges as shared by the company to be borne by the customer

Bath- Towels, towel sets and foot mats
You can return the product within 48 hours after the date of delivery as per the return pick up policy in any of the below-mentioned conditions

You can only return the product within 48 hours after the date of delivery if the product received is damaged or broken or the wrong item has been shipped.
The Product has a genuine quality defect or damages like manufacturing defects, damages done during transit, etc
Root Ninety One will issue a refund for the cost of the goods as per the claiming refund policy mentioned below.
The product can’t be returned after it has been used.

Ceramics & Kitchen products
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in color tone, shape, or size may occur between products that are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
You can only return the product within 48 hours after the date of delivery if the product received is damaged or broken or the wrong item has been shipped.
Please send images of the product as received while raising the return request.
Root Ninety One will issue a refund for the cost of the goods as per the claiming refund policy mentioned below.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We don’t offer exchanges for the products. You can raise the return request as per the return policy and then place a fresh order for a new product.

RETURN PICK-UP POLICY

At Root Ninety One, we offer our customers a convenient, hassle-free, Return Pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the entire pick-up process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
You can call us at +91-7045950595 or e-mail us at [email protected] within 10 days from the date of delivery in case of soft furnishings and 48 hours in case of ceramics. You can also WhatsApp us on the above number.
Please mention your order number and share product images along with the reason for return to help us quickly process your returns.
Please ensure that the returned product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the product tags.
The pick-up delivery guy will do a basic quality check for the product. If the quality check fails, the delivery guy reserves the right to refuse the pick-up.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4 business days from the date of request.
After the receipt of item(s), if the product passes the basic quality check your request for returns would be processed.

Cancellation of Return Request
A request for return once made can be canceled by contacting Customer Service on +91-7045950595 or emailing us at [email protected] . In case the Logistics Service provider arrives to receive the shipment and you want to cancel the request, you may choose to inform the logistics service provider that you do not wish to return the product.

CLAIMING REFUNDS

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:
As the charge on your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorised the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of Payment.
In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
Refunds can happen via Root Ninety One Credits / Transfer into the customer’s bank account.
Refunds via Root Ninety One credits can be redeemed on the next purchase at www. rootninetyone.com within the validity date.
Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
